Ceramic Tile Tools
Ceramic tile installation requires several tools if you're going to get professional results. None of the tools are very expensive. And once you have the tools you're set to install tile in your projects for years to come.
Here's what you'll need to lay ceramic tile and about what each tool will cost. I pulled these costs from my local Lowe's store in September 2007.
Ceramic tile installation tools.
- square notched trowel $9.98
- margin trowel $3.98
- epoxy grout float $8.66
- economy grout float $3.98
- knee pads $15.98
- grout saw $5.97
- tile nippers $19.99
- grout sponge $1.98
- tile cutter $88.00
- tile saw $88.00 - $298.00 depending on model
Other stuff you probably already have.

As you can see, you can get set up with tools for not a whole lot of money. The saw is the main expense and you can watch for a used saw and save some money there even.
Like to see these tools in action? I don't know about you, but I learn skills easier if I can see something done. I suggest you check out the free video details at this link... and also check out all the free content at the site!
